- The NSW Electoral Commission only accept paper “Declaration of Party Membership” forms.
- You will need to print both the forms, fill in your details as they are on the Electoral Roll and mail it to the address below.
- The name of the party is; Legalise Cannabis NSW Party
- Please provide all the information on the paper forms including email address and phone number.
- Take a photo or scan of your forms for your records.
